Lamb Sliders, simple and easy!

Lamb Sliders with Tomato and Feta


These summery dish is perfect to serve with drinks on the deck or as a fun and tasty appetizer with friends.

Makes 8 sliders

1 pkg (400 g) ground lamb
2 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp (15 mL) each chopped fresh mint, parsley and basil
1/2 tsp (2 mL) chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
4 cocktail tomatoes
3 tbsp (45 mL) crumbled feta cheese
Chopped fresh basil, mint or parsley (optional)


In a bowl combine, lamb, garlic, mint, parsley, basil, rosemary, salt and pepper until well mixed. Divide into 8 and shape into small patties.

Place patties on greased grill over medium heat and grill for about 8 minutes, turning once or until medium or no hint of pink remains. 

Place sliced tomatoes onto platter and sprinkle with a pinch each of salt and pepper. Top with sliders and sprinkle with feta. Sprinkle with basil if using.
